About Gloria

Hi! My name is Gloria, and I'm currently a Law and Communications student at the University of Auckland. I have previously worked as a group and private tutor, teaching reading, writing and maths for students aged 6-16 years old, both as a freelance and working for Crimson Education! In high school, I was awarded 3 single subject scholarship awards, in english, history and health and physical education. I was also awarded the prestigious top achievers scholarship to attend the University of Auckland. In University, I have consistently placed top 40 out of 1000 students in my law courses. I have extensive experience working with students of all learning levels and needs, and tailored my teaching style to improve understanding. I have built strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills by tracking improvement, maintaining open feedback channels and communicating regularly with students and parents
