I’m Joey, a Law and Commerce student at Monash University and an Outstanding Scholars Award winner, placing me among the top 40–60 students nationwide. I also achieved 100+ Excellence credits in NCEA Levels 1, 2 and 3 respectively, and a converted ATAR of 99.70. Beyond strong subject knowledge, I can offer students something equally valuable: insider knowledge of how the NCEA system works. I have developed a strong understanding of the curriculum, what markers are looking for, and strategies for approaching exams and Scholarship. I can mentor students not only on what to learn, but on how to learn it, and how to structure their answers. I am happy to tailor lessons to whatever students need, and like to teach by breaking concepts down, as well as explaining their wider importance. Also open to teaching younger students.
