I am an experienced mathematics teacher based in New Zealand with over 25 years of both local and international teaching and tutoring experience. Throughout my career, I have helped students of all abilities build strong mathematical understanding, confidence, and a genuine appreciation for the subject. Mathematics is more than numbers to me—it’s a way of thinking, problem-solving, and making sense of the world. I bring enthusiasm, clarity, and patience to every lesson, breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps that students can understand and apply with confidence. My goal is not only to help students improve their results, but to help them enjoy mathematics and believe in their own ability to succeed. With a supportive, structured, and encouraging approach, I work to make maths accessible, engaging, and even fun for every learner.
