After scoring 2880 (~83rd percentile) on my first UCAT attempt with minimal prep, I took a gap year, worked part-time as a cashier, refined my strategies, and lifted my score to 3170 (94th percentile), with full marks in Quantitative Reasoning (900) and a 707 SJT. 🎯 This earned me offers from UNSW Medicine and UQ Dentistry, plus interviews at Notre Dame Sydney and Griffith. I have been working as a Biology/ Science ( Chemistry and Physics ) for 17 years in Cambridge/ Edxel IGCSE examinations. I have enxperience in NCEA syllabus as well. My passion is for teaching students and seeing them obtaining higher grades in the examinations. I used student centered, guided discovery methodology along with new technology in my teaching- learning process. I try to provide hands- on- experience to each and every child, as they must have knowledge in experiemental procedures with a keen knoelwdge about the scietific principals as well as I always ty to develop their soft skills

Both my parents come from Germany, so I am very fortunate to have German as one of my native languages. I grew up in Dunedin; however, I have lived in Germany for 2 years where I went to a German Gymnasium. Being a private tutor has given me great communication and people skills. I have learnt how to help different people based on their needs. Private tutoring is something I really enjoy since it gives me the ability to pass my knowledge onto others. Through private tutoring I have been able to help people and see them succeed which has brought me a lot of joy. My tutoring sessions have contributed to a significant increase in my students' test scores by providing them with personalized tutoring sessions. I was and am able to implement innovative teaching techniques to maintain student interest and engagement during lengthy tutoring sessions. I tutor a range of subjects from primary to high school level, apart from German which I teach at university level.

I graduated from the University of Otago and am now a third-year medicine student at the University of Auckland. I have tutored for two companies, teaching international and domestic students across both the NCEA and IB curricula. Hi there, my name is Anna! I received Level 1, 2 and 3 Excellence Endorsement in NCEA and came 2nd in NCEA Level 3 Computer Science/ Digital Technologies.
