Hi, my name is Fatima, and I am currently a Biomedical Science Student at The University of Auckland. I am passionate about human anatomy and biology, and keen to help other students with their subjects. With several years of private tutoring experience, particularly with younger kids and NCEA Mathematics, I am confident I can guide students towards academic success. As a tutor, I aim to help students excel in the NCEA curriculum and build lifelong study techniques that will help them beyond high school. I understand that everyone learns differently, and I am committed to adapting to each student's unique learning style. I have an application-based approach to teaching with a primary focus on strategies and practicing past exams. I provide students with comprehensive notes, learning/revision activities and past paper walkthroughs.

After scoring 2880 (~83rd percentile) on my first UCAT attempt with minimal prep, I took a gap year, worked part-time as a cashier, refined my strategies, and lifted my score to 3170 (94th percentile), with full marks in Quantitative Reasoning (900) and a 707 SJT. 🎯 This earned me offers from UNSW Medicine and UQ Dentistry, plus interviews at Notre Dame Sydney and Griffith. I'm a first-year engineering student with NCEA Levels 1, 2, 3 excellence endorsement. I came first in Calculus in levels 1, 2 and 3, first in Chemistry in level 3, first in Digital Technologies in levels 1, 2 and 3.

I'm a recent high school leaver. Was Deputy Head Prefect in my final year, have achieved Excellence endorsements for Maths, History, Chemistry, Physics, English. I've also achieved NZQA Scholarships in English, History, and Chemistry as a Year 12. Subject prize winner at school for Maths, English, History, Chemistry, Biology, Physics — many of them multiple times.

Hi there, my name is Anna! I received Level 1, 2 and 3 Excellence Endorsement in NCEA and came 2nd in NCEA Level 3 Computer Science/ Digital Technologies. I also received a $16,000 AUT Find Your Greatness Scholarship which is awarded to high school leaver students who shows academic excellence and involvement across the school and community. I was a school prefect and an academic peer tutor, where in my free time I would help out students in subjects they required support on. I used to get tutoring myself for NCEA subjects so I know what it feels like to be in a student's position. With my talkative energy and experience in school tutoring, I know I have what it takes to help students out with the subjects they require help in. That's why I think I'd make a great tutor.
